How this checker works
The tool compares your answers with current statutory trigger points: £250 for qualifying works, £100 per year for qualifying long-term agreements and the 18-month billing rule. It also checks whether the demand included the prescribed rights summary.
Important limits
Educational triage for leasehold properties in England. It does not determine whether a charge is legally payable and is not legal advice. Check your lease and seek guidance from GOV.UK, LEASE or a qualified adviser.
